Macarons

We tried making our own macarons. Well, mostly Henrik. I just ground the almonds, piped out the batter and filled them. Most are filled with raspberry and blueberry jam, some are filled with lemon curd and some with white chocolate.

They’re not perfect but next time they’ll probably be even better!

They look delicious. I am an avid baker, but I have no attempted macarons, they are notoriously finicky!
